Account Registration and Agreement to Socialhire Terms

By submitting your job postings via the Beta Program, you acknowledge and agree that your company will be registered with Socialhire on your behalf. As part of this registration process, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the Socialhire Registration Terms and Conditions related to company registration. You understand that these terms apply to your company’s use of Socialhire's platform and services, and you agree to abide by them.

The Terms and Conditions as stated below govern your participation in our Beta Program for Socialhire's recruitment platform. By submitting your job posting through the Beta Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a job posting via the Beta Program on Socialhire, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not proceed with the submission.

2. Beta Program Participation

• Eligibility: The Socialhire Beta Program is currently open to employers and recruitment teams based in Singapore. The Beta Program is available to employers or recruitment teams who wish to use Socialhire’s platform during its beta phase for free job postings. Socialhire reserves the right to limit or reject participation from companies outside of Singapore during the Beta phase.

• Beta Nature: The Socialhire platform is in its beta phase and may have limited functionality, bugs, or interruptions. By participating in the Beta Program, you understand that the platform may be subject to changes and improvements.

• Job Postings: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information when submitting job postings. Socialhire reserves the right to remove any job postings that violate our content guidelines or applicable laws.

• Job Postings Limit : The Beta Program allows you to submit up to Five (5) job postings via the online form. If you wish to submit more than Five (5) job postings, please email us directly at jobs@socialhire.com.sg, and we will assist you in posting additional jobs during the beta phase.

• Job Posting Authorization

  If you provide your job details via email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels and request Socialhire to submit job postings on your behalf, you hereby authorize Socialhire to create, publish, and manage those postings under your company's name.
  You confirm that the information provided is accurate and lawful, and you accept full responsibility for the content of the job listings. Socialhire will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from information submitted by you or your representatives.

3. Free Job Posting

• Beta Offer: As part of the Beta Program, you may post job listings for free for a limited period. The specific duration and terms of the free job posting may be subject to change at Socialhire's discretion.

• Posting Limits: The Beta Program may have a limit on the number of job postings you can submit. Socialhire reserves the right to set or change these limits during the Beta Program phase.

4. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

• Data Collection: By participating in the Beta Program, you agree to provide us with necessary business and job listing information. This information will be used to facilitate the job posting process and improve the platform.

• Privacy Policy: Socialhire values your privacy. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

• Data Security: While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Socialhire is not liable for unauthorized access to your job listings or data during the Beta Program.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Platform Availability: Socialhire makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability or performance of the Beta Program. The platform may experience interruptions or downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors.

• Beta Program Limitations: As a participant in the Beta Program, you acknowledge that the platform may not be fully operational and may contain bugs or errors. Socialhire is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform during the beta phase.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Socialhire harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Beta Program, including but not limited to job postings or user data.

6. Content Guidelines

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on any intellectual property rights. Socialhire reserves the right to remove any job postings that violate these guidelines without notice.

• Job Listing Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job descriptions, including the terms of employment and job requirements.

7. Changes to the Beta Program

• Modifications: Socialhire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated to you via email or within the platform.

• Feedback and Improvements: During the Beta Program, you may be asked to provide feedback on your experience. By participating, you grant Socialhire the right to use your feedback to improve the platform.

8. Termination of Access

• Suspension or Termination: Socialhire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Beta Program at any time, including if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any inappropriate behavior.

• Post-Beta Transition: Upon completion of the Beta Program, your access to the free job posting service may end. You will be notified of any changes to your account status and available features.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
